Apologies for the random recent newsletter

An upgrade to WordPress changed how my newsletter delivery method works, resulting in all recent blog entries being mailed out. My apologies for this unintended mailing, but it does give me the opportunity to encourage you to keep an eye out for updates in the coming weeks. We’ll have a big announcement Soon™ that you won’t want to miss!

Winter 2009 Newsletter

I’ve been keeping up with blogging and publishing better this fall, even better than I had expected, but maybe you want to see some pictures, or maybe (for some reason we won’t discuss) you don’t check in often. It is for you that I carefully, gently, and with great love craft this newsletter.

If you’d like to receive this newsletter regularly, I’d suggest you drop your email in the bucket to get a copy when it comes out. Of course, they’ll show up here in the regular RSS feed as well, or you can subscribe to an RSS feed designed especially for them.

Summer 2009 Newsletter

Another season has passed, and I’m not really sure whether to call this the Summer or the Fall newsletter. The chances of my putting together another one of these before December is slim to none. Maybe I’ll just skip over Fall and go straight to Winter, like a proper Knight who says Ne.

If you’ve been reading regularly, you know all about what has gone on this summer, which is to say, “A whole lot of nuthin’.” Believe it or not, there are some people who don’t hit their RSS reader daily to see what’s going on, and for them I have a non-regularly-published newsletter.

If you’d like to receive this newsletter regularly, I’d suggest you drop your email in the bucket to get a copy when it comes out. Of course, they’ll show up here in the regular RSS feed as well, or you can subscribe to an RSS feed designed especially for them.

Spring 2009 Newsletter

Newsletter Front PageI’ve written my first newsletter ever, but this isn’t a once-off event. Every season, I’ll be publishing updates about my writing, our lives together and with God, and whatever else strikes my fancy. It’s a bit more polished than blog entries, and it contains a whole lot more pictures.

This first one was prepared specially for my family reunion, which began just a few hours ago. That’s why it’s a bit heavier on the “What we’ve been up to” side, but that’s also why this is the only edition that will be in print. Because printing these out and mailing them would be prohibitively expensive, future versions will be available via email if you subscribe. Of course, they’ll show up here in the RSS feed as well, or you can subscribe to an RSS feed designed especially for them.
